AU CONSULTANCY Chartered Surveyors is a specialist commercial property management and transactional service provider.
We offer a bespoke service, tailored to suit the needs of commercial property owners and/or occupier clients, by providing solutions to meet their particular needs.

From City to town
Established in 2010 as a City of London based consultancy practice focused on the corporate and institutional commercial property owner/occupiers, we have now progressed into the second phase of the evolution of the firm. Our goal now is to continue to work with our corporate clients in the City, but to also offer the same corporate standard services to non-corporate clients with commercial properties/portfolios.

We are now based in Tunbridge Wells with our main office sitting at the top of Mount Ephraim, whilst retaining a presence in the City, we hope to expand our client base within the towns of the counties of Kent, East/West Sussex and beyond.
Our services range from professional, management, transactional to sales and letting.

We advise and manage the downsizing of surplus property portfolios and lease obligations as well as focusing on the appropriate level of acquisitions to enhance and add value to property portfolios.

Our industry knowledge and wide network of professionals’ means we are able to provide a dedicated and client focused service, which deals with all management issues and events, as well as all transactional activities.

We provide a wide range of services that aim to ensure the highest professional standards and what we consider ‘corporate standard services’ are received by not only our corporate clients but also our non-corporate clients.

One of the areas we are keenly placing focus and greater emphasis on are the non-corporate or SME commercial property owners/occupiers. It is often overlooked and misunderstood, but every commercial property owner /occupier be they a corporate/institutional to a SME, has all the same professional needs and requirements that requires professional guidance from time to time. Irrespective of the property size or location, the matters from a legal, procedural and technical perspective are usually applicable the similarly to all. As such we go to great lengths to ensure all our clients benefit from the highest standard of service.

At AU CONSULTANCY we also draw on the best in the business, to ensure that all facets of the client’s concerns are dealt with by our extensive contacts and by cross-collaboration, to ensure that AU CONSULTANCY is the clients one-stop-shop.
